Shipping & Handling

We provide free delivery on orders over S$50 (per location).

For orders below S$50, the delivery charge is $8.

The total value of the order is taken prior to application of any discounts or promotions.

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of order. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Should you require express same-day deliveries, please call Customer Service at +65-6873-2990. Additional charges may be added.

- Check your e-mail. You will receive e-mails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.

We value your patronage and are committed to your satisfaction. If any purchase from us fails to meet expectations, please email us at sales@puresenses.com.sg or contact us at +65-6873-2990 to arrange for an exchange or a return.

Payment Options

We accept online payments via PayPal. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) — all without having a PayPal account.

You will go through a 4-step process to pay for a purchase:

Step 1: Click the payment button next to the selected items.

Step 2: If you have a PayPal account, log into PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, enter all your payment information on a web page protected by PayPal.

Step 3: Review and complete the purchase on PayPal.

Step 4: Return to the Pure Senses website.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Steps for redeeming a Promotion or Discount Code:

Step 1: Enter the code exactly as it appears, in the field provided on one of the following pages: Shopping Bag page, Payment page or the Review Your Order page in Checkout.

Step 2: Please note, codes are case sensitive.

Step 3: Click "Apply" and your discount will be displayed in the payment summary.

Only one Promotional Discount code per order will be accepted.

Please refer to the promotion details for redemption information and specifics about the offer.
